Master Instructor Joseph Zeisky, a 40yr experienced practitioner and teacher of Tai Chi Chuan, will be offering a core level Taichi form training intensive. Focus will be on experiencing optimal body structures that facilitate better Life-Force “Qi” flow, using just a few of the classic TaiChi form sequences and dynamic postures. Good for Beginners and Experienced people alike for developing practical Taichi based internal energy skills and reliable practice habits.
